Partnerships – Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage the referral program alongside 3PLs, logistics providers, agencies, supply chain consultants, and SaaS companies that cater to Endless's ideal customer profile.

• Ensure consistent communication with partners and maintain up-to-date partner records.

• Facilitate connections between clients and suitable partners when Endless does not offer a required service.

• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to pinpoint appropriate referrals.

• Establish direct relationships with fractional operations leaders and agencies as collaborative partners and sales channels.

• Design a customer referral initiative aimed at acquiring one new customer for every existing customer.

• Engage in Reddit, Slack groups, and social communities where consumer operators interact.

• Act as a representative for Endless and its executive team in relevant industry discussions.

• Participate in trade shows, overseeing everything from preparation to follow-up.

• Establish suitable follow-up communications for new contacts made at events.

• Report directly to Sam Rose, CEO.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–10 years of experience in partnerships, community engagement, lifecycle management, client services, and/or marketing operations.

• Proven ability to establish and manage referral partnerships.

• Exceptional skills in relationship-building and networking.

• Capability to discern when to automate processes versus when to apply a personal touch.

• Organized and process-driven mindset.

• Innovative approach to partner engagement.

• Practical experience in crafting emails, developing campaigns, and overseeing daily operations.

• Currently authorized to work in the United States of America.

• Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future to continue employment in the United States.
