This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Act as the main strategic partner on a daily basis for a designated portfolio of nonprofit clients.
• Establish trusted, consultative relationships with clients to comprehend their missions, fundraising goals, priorities, and long-term ambitions.
• Implement comprehensive fundraising strategies across direct mail, digital, and multichannel initiatives.
• Engage in annual planning, campaign strategy discussions, budgeting, quarterly business reviews, and client presentations.
• Discover opportunities to enhance donor engagement and fundraising efficiency.
• Maintain campaign strategies, client communications, meeting notes, action items, and documentation of project decisions.
• Organize and lead weekly client status meetings, record decisions and next steps, and monitor accountability.
• Keep Account Directors updated on client progress, risks, and potential opportunities.
• Guide fundraising campaigns from the planning stage through execution, ensuring adherence to schedule, scope, and alignment with client objectives.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and budgets in collaboration with Project Management.
• Act as a strategic liaison throughout the creative development process.
• Review creative concepts, copy, proofs, and campaign materials prior to client presentation.
• Manage campaign approvals and production milestones to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Assess campaign performance in conjunction with Data & Analytics, translating data into client insights and recommendations.
• Assist with campaign analyses, reports, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Track performance and suggest testing strategies to enhance results.
• Collaborate with Creative, Project Management, Production, Digital, and Analytics teams.
• Address challenges, navigate uncertainty, and advance projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead through influence by fostering clarity, alignment, and accountability among stakeholders.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance client outcomes, internal processes, and team productivity.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Three to five years of experience in account management, fundraising, marketing, agency services, or client-facing consulting roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and simultaneous projects.
• Strong skills in project management, organization, and time management.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in direct response fundraising or nonprofit marketing is preferred.
• Agency or consulting experience is favored.
• Experience in supporting integrated digital fundraising campaigns is preferred.
• Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence/reporting tools is preferred.
• Candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones are strongly preferred.
