This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and uphold account strategies for all designated clients
• Establish and maintain a schedule for regular client service visits and meetings
• Meet annual sales objectives, ensuring a minimum of £250,000
• Showcase the features, advantages, and functionalities of product offerings
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, which include participating in events and leading webinars
• Fulfill monthly and yearly sales goals as agreed upon
• Leverage sales technologies and enhance industry expertise
• Keep precise and current CRM records while adhering to sales protocols
• Manage urgent task lists
• Provide consistent updates on sales pipelines and forecasts
• Respond to sales inquiries promptly and professionally
• Organize sales seminars
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials for campaign initiatives
• Support team members during their absences and provide mentorship to junior colleagues
• Cultivate relationships with key accounting firm clients, starting with over 30 firms/offices
• Balance sales opportunities with collaboration among internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with the International Strategic Account, Account Executive, and Marketing teams on engagement strategies
• Represent Caseware and its products at trade shows, foster client relationships, and secure sales opportunities
• Drive revenue growth within the existing client portfolio
• Travel across the UK and Ireland
• Report to Ricky Mahary, Sales Manager Practice Sector, and Shez Hamill, Senior Sales Director UK & Ireland
• Demonstrated success in Software, SaaS, ERP, and/or Tech Sales
• Prior experience in sales with a proven record of securing new business opportunities
• Experience in building a territory and implementing a territory strategy
• Consistent track record of meeting sales quotas
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Understanding of revenue forecasting and achieving sales targets in a rapidly growing environment
• Familiarity with the accounting profession is highly regarded but not essential
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle required
• Willingness and ability to travel within the UK and Ireland
• Competence in utilizing CRM and sales technology
• Capability to manage over 30 accounting firms/offices
