Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategically oversee the designated client portfolio and establish roadmaps to achieve set objectives.

• Provide performance reports detailing trends, implemented tactics, and forthcoming steps.

• Identify priority action items for delegation.

• Hold meetings with direct reports to review priorities and address challenges or obstacles.

• Mentor Specialists and Junior Account Managers.

• Serve as a Navigator (peer buddy) for newly hired Account Managers.

• Drive significant top-line growth, enhance client retention, and ensure satisfaction.

• Act as the subject matter expert in client relationship management.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for client education and company thought leadership.

• Contribute to collaborative discussions during team, department, and company meetings.


⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in project delivery and strategy across Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon International, and Walmart.

• Proficient in clear and timely written and verbal communication, both internally and with clients.

• Reliable and punctual in completing work aligned with task and project deadlines.

• Experience in managing cross-functional teams, including coaching, empowering, and delegating tasks.

• Deliver high-quality work that adheres to Acadia best practices and industry standards.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with others, including resolving challenges and obstacles.

• Skilled in the strategic development and coordination of client strategies aligned with client goals, benchmarks, and targets.

• Capable of identifying and communicating overarching trends across marketplaces, categories, and industries.

• Proficient in preparing, planning, and leading client calls with clear agendas.

• Provide mentorship and support to new Account Managers, including guidance on strategic best practices and quality control.
