This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +27 more states.
• Serve as a client-facing consultant to identify, develop, and implement digital marketing initiatives and programs for enterprise clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and oversee account-related tasks.
• Lead or assist in account strategy formulation and enhancement for at least 80% of accounts.
• Collaborate with clients and internal team members to ensure consistent client success across various accounts.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients while mentoring and directing junior team members.
• Cultivate and sustain an understanding of clients’ business goals, industries, and target audiences.
• Monitor account performance against established KPIs, communicate outcomes, and deliver analysis.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
• Ensure prompt and precise communication with clients.
• Review account performance with leadership to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the financial health of accounts, including forecasting, budgeting, and invoicing.
• Foster relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Assist in new business initiatives, introductory prospect calls, content creation, and new business presentations.
• Provide leadership and professional development support to junior team members.
• Engage in team brainstorming sessions, training, planning meetings, outings, and engagement activities.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in marketing account management within an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Proven history of driving revenue growth and fostering long-term client relationships.
• A proactive “lean in” attitude, eager to immerse oneself in understanding the client’s business.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must not require employment visa sponsorship, or must disclose any future sponsorship needs.
