This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, cultivate, and execute location strategies for large and intricate organizations.
• Generate new business opportunities within high-profile accounts while enhancing customer relationships.
• Engage in and deliver presentations at trade shows, workshops, and seminars.
• Recognize key stakeholders and business motivators to connect with executive and enterprise-level decision-makers.
• Comprehend customer budgeting and acquisition processes effectively.
• Communicate the strengths and value of Esri technology within the AEC industry.
• Conduct thorough research and pursue ongoing professional development.
• Utilize whiteboarding and presentation skills to facilitate compelling visual narratives.
• Implement account management and sales processes to achieve revenue objectives.
• Assess work based on its impact on customer requirements.
• Spearhead account strategies in partnership with teams across Esri and business collaborators.
• Share expertise, offer support, and mentor fellow team members.
• Proactively address and resolve issues.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management roles.
• Proven experience managing the sales cycle, forming partnerships, and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to large clients.
• Strong financial and business insight to develop effective account growth strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of the AEC consulting industry and emerging technology trends.
• Capability to translate AEC expertise and technology trends into intricate customer solutions.
• Familiarity with GIS, Esri technology, and AEC design and consulting practices.
• Exceptional visual storytelling and negotiation abilities at all organizational levels.
• Understanding of industry fiscal cycles, budgeting, and procurement processes.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally 25-50% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related AEC discipline.
• Applicants must have authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
• General knowledge of data science or spatial analysis is preferred.
• A Master’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related AEC field is also preferred.
