Senior Account Executive – Structured Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee a designated portfolio of accounts to align with corporate benchmarks for risk, profitability, factoring and asset-based lending services, as well as financial controls.

• Stay updated on clients’ financial status, management effectiveness, and industry developments; take prompt action to mitigate losses.

• Evaluate and process loan advances for pre-development, development, construction, and revolving credit facilities.

• Collaborate with external vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure precise, compliant, and timely disbursements.

• Perform continuous credit evaluations and track account performance, financial statements, covenant adherence, and production reports.

• Detect emerging risks and opportunities within the portfolio.

• Establish and nurture relationships with clients, vendors, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.

• Manage troubled loans and workout credits; formulate action strategies and work with credit and risk teams.

• Partner with auditors, regulatory bodies, and SBA/USDA representatives; offer documentation and assist in audit and review procedures.

• Compile and present quarterly and annual portfolio evaluations, findings, trends, and risk analyses to credit and executive leadership.

• Structure and underwrite modifications to existing agreements for management.

• Execute other tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and professional experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong customer service abilities.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

• Effective collaboration capabilities.

• Strong financial understanding.

• Familiarity with alternative energy, tax credits, or tax equity structures.
