
Senior Account Executive – Risk and Fraud Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Drive the growth of new business and enhance SAS’s market footprint within key enterprise accounts.
• Present SAS Risk Modeling and Decisioning, Application and Identity Fraud, Enterprise Fraud Management, and Procurement Integrity solutions to C-level executives and critical decision-makers.
• Identify, qualify, and finalize complex, multi-year software and Cloud solutions agreements within a designated territory/account portfolio.
• Develop and sustain a qualified sales pipeline to meet or surpass annual revenue goals.
• Oversee complete sales cycles from initial discovery and solution positioning through to contract negotiation and closure.
• Create and implement strategic account plans to secure new-logo accounts and broaden existing customer relationships.
• Establish trust and long-lasting partnerships with C-suite stakeholders.
• Align SAS's technological capabilities with client business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate the value of SAS Risk, Fraud, and Compliance solutions in relation to complex market dynamics.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Pre-Sales Domain Experts, Risk Advisory Teams, Product Strategy, and Marketing on customer demonstrations and business cases.
• Initiate and support lead-generation efforts and incorporate strategy into account plans.
• Partner with ecosystem allies and systems integrators to enhance deal velocity and joint value propositions.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience in place of the stated qualifications may be considered.
• Over 8 years of successful experience in enterprise software/SaaS sales.
• Proven success in selling Risk, Fraud, or Compliance solutions to large organizations.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one core area: Risk Modeling and Decisioning; Application and Identity Fraud; Enterprise Fraud Management; Procurement Integrity.
• Strong capability to identify customer challenges and convert them into impactful solutions.
• Consistent history of meeting quotas and closing complex enterprise agreements with contract values exceeding $500K.
• Proficient in developing and executing strategic sales plans.
• Ability to prioritize customer needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Skilled in nurturing strong, trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Capable of proactively recognizing and overcoming challenges.
• Proficient in leveraging data and market insights to formulate compelling value propositions.
• Self-motivated with the initiative to exceed targets independently in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.
