This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee communications with team members concerning initial and ongoing updates and status.
• Support the Client Services team in new business initiatives and pinpoint organic growth opportunities within designated accounts.
• Organize pitch presentations and manage requests for proposals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects within the client account.
• Execute projects aimed at enhancing the success and profitability of client deliverables.
• Manage projects in collaboration with Project Management to create timelines, share milestones, and identify potential project issues.
• Propel daily project operations by overseeing scope, managing scope changes, addressing roadblocks, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate and engage in content planning meetings with key content specialists.
• Maintain regular client communication, prepare client contact reports, and outline next steps.
• Facilitate medical-legal-regulatory reviews to ensure promotional materials comply with requirements.
• Contribute to client proposals, budgets, and reconciliations; oversee budgets, direct/labor costs, out-of-scope items, and hours.
• Assist in the preparation of financial and forecasting reports.
• Collaborate with all departments and serve as an internal team leader to promote effective cooperation among brand and project teams.
• Develop effective marketing communication programs and help design impactful payer-focused strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical agency with a minimum of 2 years of combined experience in Accounts and Project Management.
• Direct client contact experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel, with up to 5% expected.
• Demonstrated teamwork skills and adaptability.
• Exceptional verbal and written interpersonal skills along with a positive attitude.
• Strong planning, organizing, and attention to detail abilities.
• Experience in communications within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with the MLR process in pharmaceuticals is preferred.
• Experience in drafting SOWs and project briefs is preferred.
• Familiarity with clients’ online submission systems such as Zinc or Veeva is preferred.
• Experience with pharmaceutical drug launches is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in marketing, communications, or advertising is preferred.
