Senior Account Executive, Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture client relationships while overseeing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

• Play a key role in generating pipeline opportunities, engaging in prospecting, and lead acquisition efforts.

• Effectively communicate and showcase the value proposition to potential clients.

• Meet set targets and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

• Collaborate with product, technical, operational, and marketing teams to manage the delivery and implementation of solutions.

• Coordinate with marketing on lead-generation initiatives and explore new market opportunities.

• Develop a metrics-driven sales pipeline focused on new accounts within the Americas.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree (mandatory).

• Over 8 years of experience in managing the complete sales cycle.

• Preference for candidates with a background in selling SaaS-based solutions.

• Strong judgment, high emotional intelligence, and exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Self-motivated individual capable of anticipating needs and taking initiative in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in consultative sales practices.

• Ability to quickly establish rapport with clients.

• Capability to demonstrate products remotely.

• Proficiency in meeting specific customer requirements with tailored solutions.

• Competence in managing multiple projects at once.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software.

• Willingness to travel up to 35%.
