This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership of the complete sales cycle for enterprise accounts within the DACH region.
• Navigate deals from the initial pipeline stage through intricate procurement processes to achieve closed-won status.
• Drive multi-threaded engagements and connect with economic buyers early in the process.
• Address pricing objections while upholding commercial discipline.
• Lead initiatives focused on proof of concept (POC) selling, ensuring clear exit criteria are established.
• Collaborate with an SDR to prioritize potential opportunities effectively.
• Maintain strict pipeline hygiene and ensure next steps are customer-driven.
• Build pipeline and generate new business annual recurring revenue (ARR) to meet quotas.
• Report directly to the EMEA Head of Sales.
• Work alongside the EMEA Sales Team while independently managing your opportunities.
• Potentially contribute to shaping a future leadership role in Germany and establish a local hub.
• Native-level or full business proficiency in German.
• Strong working proficiency in English.
• Several years of experience as a closing Account Executive in B2B SaaS.
• Proven success in guiding deals through procurement in fast-paced software or licensing sales environments.
• Robust commercial acumen and comfort in multi-threading to reach economic buyers.
• Team-oriented mindset and a commitment to honest forecasting.
• Self-motivated individual who excels in their current role.
• Strong ambition to transition into a leadership position as the regional business and team grow.
• Ideally located within the broader Berlin region.
• Experience with 3 to 6 month enterprise buying cycles and committees is advantageous.
• Exposure to regulated DACH sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, or financial services is a plus.
• Background in cybersecurity, governance, risk management, or compliance software is highly regarded.
• Habit of creatively utilizing technology in daily operations.
• 50/50 base salary and commission structure with accelerated earnings available for the first 12 months.
