This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee and enhance sales for designated products within a specified geographic area.
• Achieve or surpass revenue and growth targets.
• Create and implement business plans for the territory, focusing on clinical education, customer interaction, and account prioritization.
• Establish and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across various hospital departments and care locations.
• Provide compliant product demonstrations, training, and clinical assistance.
• Ensure precise forecasting, reporting, and inventory oversight.
• Promote the Acera product line and evidence-based wound-care solutions within Solventum’s Medical Surgical Division.
• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security protocols.
• Travel up to 90% within the designated sales territory.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited institution, with 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or related medical field sales.
• OR High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.
• Valid and current Driver's License.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
• Must maintain ongoing eligibility in accordance with Solventum’s driving policy, insurance criteria, and annual policy acknowledgment.
• May be required to obtain licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials as mandated by healthcare or third-party facilities.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without the need for sponsorship for an employment visa.
• Ability to independently manage time and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, including skills in people management, conflict resolution, and project coordination.
• Proficient analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience in developing relationships with physicians and surgical personnel in a sales or clinical context.
• Proficient in negotiation, selling, and presentation techniques.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Concur.
