Senior Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture collaborations with surgeons and operating room teams.

• Promote the use of Restrata®, our premier synthetic, resorbable biomaterial, along with associated product lines.

• Offer case coverage, compliant product demonstrations, education, clinical assistance, procedural direction, and hands-on support during surgical operations.

• Oversee and enhance sales of designated products within a specified geographic area.

• Achieve or surpass revenue and growth targets.

• Create and implement territory business strategies, including clinical education, customer interaction, and account prioritization tactics.

• Ensure precise forecasting, reporting, and inventory management.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across various hospital departments and care settings.

• Travel up to 90% within the designated sales territory.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or related medical field sales.

• Alternatively, a High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.

• Possession of a current, valid Driver’s License.

• Utilization of a personal vehicle for business purposes.

• Successful completion of a pre-employment motor vehicle record (MVR) assessment.

• Ongoing compliance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance criteria, and annual policy acknowledgment.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the employment country without sponsorship for visa status.

• Certain licenses, vaccinations, and/or credentials may be needed to access healthcare or third-party facilities.

• At least 3 years of medical device sales experience engaging with physicians and/or surgeons in hospital systems, with direct involvement in supporting surgical procedures in the operating room.

• Ability to independently manage time and priorities while swiftly adapting in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including effective people management, conflict resolution, and project coordination under pressure.

• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.

• Proven history of establishing and maintaining productive relationships with physicians and surgical staff in clinical or sales contexts.

• Proficient negotiation, selling, and presentation capabilities.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Concur.
