Senior Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture partnerships with surgeons and operating room teams.

• Promote the adoption of Restrata®, a synthetic, resorbable biomaterial designed for soft tissue healing and reinforcement, along with associated product lines.

• Provide case coverage, compliant product demonstrations, education, clinical support, procedural guidance, and hands-on assistance during surgical procedures.

• Oversee and enhance sales of assigned products within a specified geographic area.

• Achieve or surpass revenue and growth targets.

• Formulate and implement territory business plans that encompass clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization.

• Ensure precise forecasting, reporting, and inventory control.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across various hospital departments and care sites.

• Travel up to 90% within the sales territory.

• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution, along with 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.

• OR a High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.

• Possession of a current, valid Driver’s License.

• Must successfully pass a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review.

• Must remain compliant with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off.

• Legally permitted to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

• May be required to obtain licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials mandated by healthcare or third-party facilities.

• 3+ years of medical device sales experience engaging with physicians and/or surgeons in hospital systems, with direct experience in supporting surgical cases in the operating room (preferred).

• Capability to independently manage time and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment (preferred).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, encompassing people management, conflict resolution, and project coordination under pressure (preferred).

• Strong analytical and organizational skills (preferred).

• Experience in building relationships with physicians and surgical staff (preferred).

• Proficient negotiation, selling, and presentation skills; working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Concur (preferred).
