This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Oversee and enhance sales of designated products within a specified geographic area.
• Achieve or surpass revenue and growth targets.
• Create and implement territory business strategies, encompassing clinical education, customer engagement, and prioritization of accounts.
• Establish and maintain trustworthy relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and key decision-makers across various hospital departments and care settings.
• Provide compliant product demonstrations, in-servicing, and clinical assistance.
• Ensure precise forecasting, reporting, and inventory management.
• Support the Acera product line and clinically validated wound care solutions aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and surgical efficiency.
• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security protocols.
• Travel up to 90% within the designated sales territory.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution, along with 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or related medical sales OR a High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or related medical sales.
• Possession of a current, valid Driver’s License.
• Must successfully undergo a pre-hire motor vehicle record check.
• Maintain ongoing compliance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy acknowledgment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Capacity to manage time and priorities autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, encompassing people management, conflict resolution, and project coordination.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience in building and nurturing relationships with physicians and surgical staff within a sales or clinical context.
• Proficiency in negotiation, sales, and presentation skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Concur.
• May need to hold licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials mandated by healthcare or third-party establishments.
