This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Promote a range of infrastructure and application software designed to enhance and modernize enterprise systems.
• Collaborate closely with Field Marketing to generate prospects and organize events.
• Lead sales initiatives alongside Rocket sales engineers, marketing teams, and lab groups.
• Guarantee exceptional customer sales satisfaction and establish strong referenceability.
• Achieve revenue goals and strategic objectives, expand the sales pipeline, and formulate territory plans.
• Utilize Salesforce actively and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Partner with management to negotiate pricing and contract conditions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer business and IT executives.
• Influence opportunities early in the sales process and propel them into profitable revenue streams.
• Align the company’s capabilities with business and IT priorities, positioning them effectively against competitors.
• Advocate for customer requirements throughout the sales process and resolve delivery challenges.
• Investigate and comprehend each customer’s industry, business strategies, and challenges.
• Proactively engage in prospecting and lead weekly meetings with customers.
• Over 8 years of sales experience in solution software targeting Global 1000 clients.
• Ability to adapt to varying situations with utmost honesty, integrity, and ethics.
• Proactively address challenging problems often with innovative perspectives.
• Capable of articulating a vision, influencing others, organizing resources, and achieving results.
• Ability to work independently and surpass expectations.
• Strong business acumen and experience navigating large, complex customers with a diverse product portfolio.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
• Proven track record as a consistent top performer in selling software solutions to senior executives with quotas exceeding 2M, handling substantial transactions.
• Experience in complex, multi-year subscription and perpetual license sales.
• Established network of trusted relationships within the designated region.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time for fieldwork.
• Must adhere to information security responsibilities.
