Senior Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing revenue goals.

• Seek out and connect with new clients through methods such as cold calling, emailing, monitoring local media companies, attending networking events, and utilizing referrals.

• Evaluate clients' advertising goals and challenges, providing customized and scalable solutions.

• Cultivate and sustain post-sale client relationships to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

• Stay updated on trends, technologies, and best practices in the OTT/CTV sector to offer consultative advice to clients.

• Deliver regular sales activity reports and performance forecasts to the regional sales lead.

• Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to broaden the professional network and generate leads.

• Organize and carry out regional travel to enhance relationships and develop new accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the digital advertising or media sector.

• Experience in selling Connected TV advertising is highly preferred.

• Established connections with independent advertising agencies and direct clients within your local market or dedicated region.

• Proven history of building business from initial contact through to renewal.

• Ability to manage your own schedule and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong capability to identify opportunities and devise effective strategies for clients.

• Ability to maintain a big-picture perspective and make decisions that contribute to long-term success.

• Excellent negotiation skills.
