This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial discovery to closing.
• Successfully finalize intricate deals involving multiple stakeholders within financial institutions and fintech companies.
• Maintain a disciplined, high-quality pipeline focused on conversion, aligned with revenue objectives.
• Drive expansions, upsells, and foster long-term growth for accounts.
• Generate pipeline through inbound, outbound, and proactive market initiatives.
• Represent Flagright at industry events and customer engagements throughout North America.
• Cultivate relationships within the fintech, banking, and compliance sectors.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Flagright’s platform and key FCC use cases.
• Understand the operational requirements of AML and compliance teams across various types of institutions.
• Independently deliver credible product demonstrations and conduct value-driven sales discussions.
• Position Flagright effectively against established players and competitors.
• Establish benchmarks for the quality of enterprise deals, depth of discovery, and execution of demos.
• Mentor and uplift junior Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives through deal assessments and direct feedback.
• Aid in the enhancement of sales messaging, objection resolution, and internal playbooks.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams during evaluations and proof of concepts.
• Provide structured market insights to shape product and go-to-market strategies.
• Over 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with direct closing responsibilities.
• Experience in either a startup or scale-up environment is essential.
• Background in fintech, payments, banking, compliance, risk, or financial infrastructure is required.
• Demonstrated success in selling complex and AI-based solutions to enterprise clients.
• A data-driven and experimental mindset towards enhancing customer engagement and conversion rates.
• Strong capability to manage deals comprehensively across diverse sales cycles.
• Proven history of building pipeline and securing competitive deals.
• Exceptional communicator with a structured, consultative approach to sales.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 60% of the time.
