This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Take charge of the complete sales cycle for the SOCOM, JSOC, JCSE, and SOUTHCOM account portfolio, from initial prospecting to closing deals.
• Create and implement territory and account strategies that achieve or surpass annual booking and revenue targets.
• Establish and nurture relationships with government decision-makers, program offices, contracting officers, end-user commands, partners, and stakeholders.
• Position solutions in infrastructure, storage, cybersecurity, cloud, and hyperconverged technologies according to mission and readiness requirements.
• Develop relationships with OEMs and prime systems integrators to create successful solutions.
• Navigate DoD procurement and capture initiatives utilizing ITES-4H, NASA SEWP, GSA, IDIQs, BPAs, and OTAs.
• Keep accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and account activities in the CRM and provide regular updates to sales leadership.
• Represent Epoch Concepts at industry events, command engagements, trade shows, and partner functions.
• Ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations, ethical guidelines, and company policies.
• Contribute to Epoch's quality management system and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Over 5 years of experience in federal technology sales focused on the DoD/DoW.
• Experience in selling to Special Operations Forces, Combatant Commands, or similar DoD/DoW organizations is preferred.
• Established connections within the SOF/COCOM community or a demonstrated ability to quickly develop such relationships.
• A proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Understanding of federal procurement procedures and contract vehicles.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• An active Secret Security Clearance is required.
• Active Top Secret or TS/SCI eligibility is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, primarily to Tampa, FL (MacDill AFB), Fort Bragg, NC, and Miami/Doral, FL.
