This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at promoting pharmaceutical products for agency clients.
• Display a thorough understanding of agency protocols and actively assist in resolving issues.
• Provide support to the Account Supervisor, Group Account Supervisor, and/or Account Director in the daily oversight and advancement of client projects.
• Prepare work orders, change orders, project briefs, status reports, and conference notes.
• Coordinate with Project Management to review project timelines.
• Maintain effective communication with designated client representatives.
• Assist in budget management, client invoicing, and updates on communications.
• Independently follow up with internal teams to ensure project momentum.
• Grasp clients’ business goals and objectives.
• Frequently act as the primary agency contact for clients on a day-to-day basis.
• Cultivate relationships with project managers, copywriters, and art directors.
• Participate in market research, take notes, and inform the team about trends and insights.
• Extensive knowledge of agency procedures and challenges encountered.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical agency is essential.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Strong organizational skills and effective interpersonal communication.
• Ability to engage directly and frequently with clients with a degree of independence.
• Robust digital competency.
• BA/BS degree with a focus on marketing, communications, and/or advertising.
• 3–5 years of experience in Account Management within an advertising agency.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
