This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +5 more states.
• Lead the development and execution of territory strategies to meet and surpass referral, patient admission, and growth targets within designated markets.
• Act as the main sales representative for physicians, hospital clinics, infusion centers, and various referral sources.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with healthcare providers, office personnel, and key stakeholders in the pulmonary specialty sector.
• Collaborate with clinical, reimbursement, operational, and manufacturer partners to enhance patient access and reinforce Accredo’s value proposition.
• Assist in the implementation of payer agreements and work alongside National Account Managers to optimize market opportunities and local pull-through efforts.
• Create territory business plans, forecasts, and referral strategies utilizing market intelligence and account insights.
• Track referral activities, market trends, and competitive dynamics to uncover growth and retention opportunities.
• Represent Accredo at conferences, educational programs, advocacy events, and industry gatherings.
• Partner in a compliant manner with pharmaceutical manufacturers to facilitate provider education and excellence in the referral process.
• Engage in strategic launch planning, case conferences, and sales meetings that align with organizational objectives.
• At least 8 years of experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or a related sales field.
• Proven track record in selling service-oriented solutions and building strategic customer relationships.
• Comprehensive understanding of managed care, payer environments, specialty pharmacy, and reimbursement processes.
• Experience in developing and executing territory business plans and achieving sales targets.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and AI-powered productivity tools.
• Ability to work autonomously in a field-based role and travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong preference for candidates located in Nebraska or Colorado.
• Candidates based in Kansas, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming will also be considered.
• Preferred: experience in supporting pulmonary disease states such as PAH, IPF, ILD, or Alpha-1 therapies.
• Preferred: background in specialty pharmacy services, infusion therapies, or complex care models.
• Preferred: clinical experience or advanced knowledge in pulmonary disease management.
• Preferred: established connections within the KS/NE/CO/NM/UT/WY market.
• A home internet connection via cable broadband or fiber optic provider with a minimum of 10 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload speed is required.
