This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +1 more state.
• Lead the strategic direction and execution within the territory to meet and surpass referral, patient admission, and growth targets.
• Act as the primary sales representative for physicians, hospital clinics, infusion centers, and other referral sources.
• Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, office personnel, and stakeholders in the pulmonary specialty field.
• Collaborate with clinical, reimbursement, operational, and manufacturing partners to enhance patient access and reinforce Accredo’s value proposition.
• Assist in the implementation of payer agreements and work alongside National Account Managers on market opportunities and local execution activities.
• Create territory business plans, forecasts, and referral strategies leveraging market intelligence and insights from accounts.
• Track referral activities, market trends, and competitive movements to pinpoint growth and retention opportunities.
• Represent Accredo at conferences, educational events, advocacy functions, and industry gatherings.
• Collaborate in compliance with pharmaceutical manufacturers on provider education and excellence in the referral process.
• Engage in strategic launch planning, participate in case conferences, and attend sales meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• At least 8 years of experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or related sales fields.
• Proven track record in selling service-based solutions and cultivating strategic customer relationships.
• Strong knowledge of managed care, payer environments, specialty pharmacy, and reimbursement methodologies.
• Experience in developing and executing territory business plans and accomplishing sales objectives.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Capability to work independently in a field-based position and travel within the assigned territory.
• Experience with pulmonary disease states such as PAH, IPF, ILD, or Alpha-1 therapies.
• Background in specialty pharmacy services, infusion therapies, or complex care models is preferred.
• Clinical experience or advanced knowledge in managing pulmonary diseases.
• Established connections within the healthcare markets of Dallas/Fort Worth, West Texas, Oklahoma, or Arkansas.
