Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Onboard new clients and play a crucial role in Lumiform’s global expansion.

• Take charge of generating new recurring revenue by securing new customers around the world, concentrating particularly on the DACH region.

• Collaborate closely with SDRs who arrange qualified meetings.

• Proactively build and cultivate your sales pipeline through outbound efforts.

• Diligently qualify potential customers.

• Assist prospective clients throughout the evaluation journey and shape their decision-making criteria.

• Develop and negotiate proposals, finalizing new contracts.

• Ensure data integrity within the CRM system.

• Work alongside the Marketing and Product teams to relay customer insights.

• Familiarize yourself with Lumiform, HubSpot, Apollo, and other relevant tools.

• Conduct initial calls and join Account Executives during product demonstrations.

• Perform at least four demos daily and aim to close your initial deals starting in your fifth week.

• Receive continuous coaching and training for your professional growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German at a native level.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Background as a Sales Manager, Account Executive, Account Manager, SDR, or BDR.

• Experience in the SaaS sector is preferred.

• Proven track record of generating leads through outbound initiatives is preferred.

• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

• Confident and enthusiastic communication style.

• Eagerness to take initiative and ownership.

• Passion for the Lumiform product.
