This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Act as the primary executive leader for a multi-regional data center portfolio.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with client executives and key stakeholders.
• Align service delivery strategies with clients' business goals, growth initiatives, and operational needs.
• Lead account governance, conduct executive business reviews, manage performance reporting, strategic planning, and facilitate continuous improvement.
• Oversee essential facility operations that support high-availability data center environments.
• Ensure operational readiness, uptime, reliability, resilience, and business continuity.
• Assist with commissioning, startup, transition, and expansion activities for new facilities.
• Hold accountability for revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, budgeting, and contract compliance.
• Create annual operating budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Manage contract obligations, commercial risks, service level agreements, and key performance indicators.
• Supervise the performance of outsourced service providers and strategic suppliers.
• Lead and mentor geographically dispersed management teams across various data center locations.
• Drive workforce planning, succession planning, talent assessments, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee environmental health and safety, emergency preparedness, business continuity, and audit readiness.
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, and corrective action initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and enhancing account value.
• Collaborate on contract renewals, expansions, new services, sustainability, energy management, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• A degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 12–15 years of progressive leadership experience in facilities management, critical environments, data center operations, or integrated services.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-site client portfolios.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex profit and loss statements and large service contracts.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams with over 150 employees.
• Familiarity with managing third-party suppliers, outsourced service providers, and complex subcontractor networks.
• Experience in mission-critical facilities, data centers, high-tech, hyperscale, colocation, or similarly critical operating environments is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting facility expansions, transitions, mobilizations, and growth initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Integrated Facility Management services.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and infrastructure systems that support data center environments.
• Experience with business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational resiliency planning.
• Strong analytical and financial management skills.
• Ability to assess complex operational, contractual, and financial data.
• Capability to influence senior client stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data-driven reporting tools.
