Senior Account Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Act as the sole point of accountability for the entire Texas Private Cloud contract.

• Serve as the exclusive point of contact for all communications from DIR regarding the Agreement.

• Represent Peraton in all daily operations associated with the Agreement.

• Oversee daily service delivery, billing, and management of relationships.

• Ensure customer satisfaction for DIR and meet all Service Level agreements.

• Function as the primary executive-level representative and relationship manager for DIR.

• Provide leadership in a complex IT environment involving multiple vendors/MSIs.

• Foster accountability for contract performance, achievement of service levels, and customer results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 16 years of experience, with potential management experience.

• At least 10 years of experience in managing large-scale government IT managed services contracts, ideally those valued at over $50M annually.

• Previous experience as an Account Director, Program Director, or in a similar leadership position on Texas state government or other significant public-sector IT contracts.

• Proven track record serving as the sole point of accountability in intricate multi-vendor/MSI IT settings.

• Strong executive presence and a demonstrated ability to be the face of the organization to DIR leadership and other senior stakeholders.

• Experience in managing SLA performance and ensuring customer satisfaction within complex, multi-tower IT programs.

• Proven ability to handle daily service delivery, billing, client relationships, and contractual performance.

• Excellent communication, leadership, relationship management, and executive stakeholder management skills.

• Capability to represent Peraton effectively to senior government executives and other key stakeholders.

• Must be a US Citizen.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
