This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships across a portfolio of enterprise accounts, typically ranging from 10 to 20.
• Act as a strategic advisor aligned with clients’ business models, content strategies, and marketing goals.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Account Plans that define business outcomes, strategic priorities, growth avenues, and commercial timelines.
• Facilitate executive-level discussions to articulate results, needs, opportunities, and partnership direction.
• Advocate for Knotch’s platform and solutions to increase adoption and ensure strategic alignment.
• Oversee renewals, pricing discussions, and commercial strategy for each account.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Strategic Consulting, Leadership, Finance, and Product teams to structure agreements and support account objectives.
• Anticipate renewals, expansions, risks, and multi-year opportunities.
• Drive internal alignment on account strategy, executive priorities, renewal strategies, and expansion sequencing.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Enhance stakeholder engagement and influence within client organizations.
• Position Knotch’s solutions for sustained adoption across marketing, content, SEO, and analytics teams.
• Maintain a robust, strategic, multi-quarter portfolio pipeline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise account management.
• The ideal candidate has experience working at both a SaaS company and a marketing agency.
• Proven success in selling to Director–SVP level stakeholders and managing complex multi-threaded relationships.
• Experience carrying quotas or having commercial ownership within enterprise accounts.
• Strong business acumen connecting marketing strategies, content performance, and digital investments to quantifiable outcomes.
• Proficient in AI-powered sales, research, and productivity tools.
• Excellent communication skills with comfort in presenting to executives both via Zoom and in person.
• Highly organized with outstanding follow-through; capable of managing multiple accounts, priorities, and workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong cross-functional instincts and ease in collaborating with Finance, Product, Customer Success, and Strategic Consulting teams.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for important client meetings.
