This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Create and implement highly tailored 1:1 and 1:few Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for key accounts.
β’ Collaborate with Sales and Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams to formulate account-specific marketing strategies based on business priorities, account insights, buying signals, and relationship gaps.
β’ Design vertical-specific ABM initiatives addressing industry-related challenges, use cases, messaging, and content.
β’ Develop ABM strategies that support priority accounts across global markets while accommodating regional requirements.
β’ Enhance engagement within accounts by targeting new roles, personas, buying committee members, and business units.
β’ Create synchronized, multi-channel account experiences across digital advertising, content, email, events, executive engagement, SDR outreach, webinars, and content syndication.
β’ Design programs that support the entire account journey, from initiating contact in new accounts to accelerating opportunities and deepening existing relationships.
β’ Investigate, assess, and integrate new vendors, technologies, channels, creative concepts, and ABM strategies.
β’ Assist in managing and optimizing the ABM technology stack and its integration into campaign planning, execution, measurement, and sales enablement.
β’ Develop and refine buying groups for priority accounts.
β’ Enhance account targeting, personalization, intent utilization, measurement, and reporting.
β’ Create replicable frameworks and playbooks based on successful 1:1 programs.
β’ Set goals and performance metrics for ABM initiatives.
β’ Monitor account engagement, meetings, opportunity creation, pipeline influence, pipeline acceleration, and other effectiveness metrics.
β’ Evaluate performance and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
β’ Communicate program performance and insights to Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
β’ Over 8 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within enterprise technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or another complex B2B sector.
β’ Extensive hands-on experience in developing and executing Account-Based Marketing programs, including 1:1 and 1:few approaches.
β’ Proven experience working closely with enterprise Sales and SDR teams.
β’ Background in creating personalized, multi-channel programs for strategic or named accounts.
β’ Strong knowledge of enterprise buying committees and experience in designing programs targeting multiple personas and seniority levels.
β’ Familiarity with ABM platforms, intent data, account intelligence, personalization technologies, and related marketing tools.
β’ Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple strategic accounts and programs concurrently.
β’ Highly collaborative and adept at influencing stakeholders across Sales and Marketing.
β’ Creative thinker who enjoys exploring unconventional methods to engage hard-to-reach audiences.
β’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift rapidly.
β’ Data-driven mindset with the ability to link marketing activities to account engagement, pipeline, and revenue results.
β’ Experience with global or international marketing programs is highly preferred.
β’ Experience in developing industry or vertical-specific campaigns is strongly preferred.
