SEM Campaign Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and enhance paid search campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.

• Take ownership of channel performance, meet targets, and communicate variances to leadership and stakeholders.

• Design and implement PPC strategies that encompass keywords, target audiences, campaign structures, and display network tactics.

• Establish both short-term and long-term strategies while recommending optimizations and opportunities for audience growth.

• Provide guidance to team members on tactics and methodologies that align with commercial objectives.

• Create and oversee testing roadmaps, scale successful trials, and share outcomes with the broader team.

• Leverage data-driven insights to pinpoint opportunities and enhance campaign performance.

• Generate innovative concepts to challenge and transform existing best practices.

• Keep abreast of search engine updates and trends within the PPC industry.

• Collaborate with teams across Business Development, Product, Data, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance.

• Lead key category accounts and manage performance marketing initiatives for designated verticals.

• Initiate and take charge of high-impact projects within owned categories.

• Provide clear, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.

• Experiment with and refine new campaign methodologies.

• Balance immediate commercial activities with long-term capability development.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in PPC/SEM, specifically with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

• Comprehensive understanding of Google Ads and Bing Ads, including smart bidding techniques.

• Experience in managing large-scale PPC accounts.

• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with data analysis tools.

• Background in website analysis utilizing analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics and internal reporting tools.

• Familiarity with external competitive research tools like SEMrush, Adthena, or similar platforms.

• Highly motivated individual with a history of surpassing expectations.

• Passionate about search marketing, eager to enhance both PPC and people management skills while advancing professionally.

• Enjoys working in a collaborative team setting and aiding the business in meeting its objectives.

• Proficient in Excel.

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
