SEM Campaign Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and enhance paid search initiatives across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and various other platforms.

• Take ownership of channel performance, meet targets, and articulate variances to leadership and stakeholders.

• Create and implement PPC strategies that encompass keywords, target audiences, campaign structure, targeting, and display network tactics.

• Define and carry out both short- and long-term strategies.

• Provide recommendations for campaign optimization and audience growth.

• Mentor team members on tactics and methodologies that align with commercial objectives.

• Develop and manage testing roadmaps, scale successful experiments, and share results.

• Utilize data-driven insights to uncover opportunities and enhance campaign performance.

• Generate innovative concepts to challenge and refine existing best practices.

• Stay updated on search engine updates and PPC industry developments.

• Collaborate with teams from Business Development, Product, Data, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance.

• Lead key category accounts and oversee performance marketing efforts.

• Expand assigned verticals and initiate impactful projects.

• Deliver insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

• Exemplify leadership by balancing immediate commercial activities with long-term capability growth.

• Report directly to the Head of SEM.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in PPC/SEM with a focus on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

• Comprehensive understanding of Google Ads and Bing Ads, including smart bidding techniques.

• Experience managing large-scale PPC accounts effectively.

• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data analysis tools.

• Familiarity with website analysis through analytics platforms, including Google Analytics and internal reporting tools.

• Experience utilizing external competitive research tools such as SEMrush, Adthena, or similar platforms.

• Highly driven with a successful history of surpassing expectations.

• Passion for search marketing and a desire to enhance PPC and people management skills.

• Capability to work collaboratively and contribute to business objectives.

• Proficient in Excel.

• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
