Seismic Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collect and document business requirements for the Seismic Sales Enablement Platform, Salesforce CRM, Marketo, and associated business applications.

• Collaborate with business sponsors and product owners to prioritize functionalities and effectively communicate these priorities to development teams.

• Oversee cross-system process and integration modifications alongside analysts, project managers, and scrum masters.

• Offer process support aimed at simplifying and standardizing business operations.

• Evaluate Seismic usage, adoption metrics, and content performance, providing recommendations for enhancements.

• Establish Seismic content taxonomy, metadata, workflows, approval processes, and governance standards in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, IT, and Operations.

• Develop and maintain business requirement documents, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, test cases, and functional specifications.

• Assist in UAT planning and execution, including defect tracking, issue resolution, release validation, and stakeholder engagement.

• Support Seismic enhancements, integrations, reporting, content migration, user training, change management, and post-production assistance.

• Oversee projects and provide regular status updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with the Seismic Sales Enablement Platform, covering content management, LiveDocs, content governance, user permissions, and integrations.

• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for Seismic, Salesforce CRM, Marketo, and related business applications.

• Required experience in project management and status reporting.

• Desired domain knowledge in Private Equity or Financial Services.

• Awareness of agile project management practices, ceremonies, and conventions.

• Experience in analyzing Seismic usage, adoption metrics, and content performance.

• Experience in supporting UAT planning and execution, including test case preparation, defect tracking, issue resolution, release validation, and stakeholder coordination.
