This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Direct strategic initiatives within the Office of the CISO aimed at transforming and enhancing the enterprise.
• Formulate program strategies and implement initiatives across the enterprise.
• Define outcomes, scope, success criteria, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program execution plans and roadmaps encompassing people, processes, and technology.
• Identify workstreams while monitoring scope, schedule, resources, and budgets.
• Establish team structures for workstreams and oversee project leads and coordinators.
• Create and track program success measures and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with Change Management to ensure business readiness, engagement, and adoption.
• Set up governance processes, address issues, and mitigate risks effectively.
• Facilitate communication and foster collaboration among business units and stakeholders.
• Act as an escalation point for risks, issues, and decisions.
• Provide program status updates, milestones, and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
• Develop communications, status reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Create and deliver presentations at the executive level.
• Ensure adherence to program management best practices, methodologies, and tools.
• Undertake other related responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project management certifications are highly sought after.
• Over 8 years of experience in program management.
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex, high-impact projects in technology-driven companies or technical fields.
• Strong preference for experience in managing complex cybersecurity programs across cross-functional engineering and product organizations.
• Familiarity with waterfall, agile, kanban, and other project management methodologies.
• Experience in strategic planning, program development, resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment.
• Proficient in using program management software and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to forge effective partnerships and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
• Capability to provide executive summaries to leadership.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid business acumen and understanding of enterprise-level processes and cross-functional dynamics.
