📋 Description

• Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for Overwatch Elite opportunities, leading the technical and compliance strategy for intricate Managed Services agreements.

• Facilitate high-level technical discussions with executives, ensuring alignment between customer business objectives and managed security and compliance solutions.

• Work collaboratively with operations and service delivery teams to guarantee that solutions are technically robust, compliant, and seamlessly transitioned into active management.

• Assess customer environments to uncover vulnerabilities and identify future risks.

• Create and present strategic roadmaps designed to reduce risk and accommodate customer growth.

• Oversee the scoping and development of comprehensive documentation to satisfy industry compliance standards and regulatory requirements.

• Connect operations, sales, and engineering for a cohesive approach to engaging high-tier customers.

• Keep abreast of relevant Federal, State, and Local laws, regulations, and Logicalis policies.

• Carry out responsibilities independently without supervisory duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.

• 8-10 years of experience in IT Security or a related area.

• Required certifications: CISSP, CCA, CCIE.

• Extensive hands-on experience in systems, advanced networking, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.

• Preference for candidates with top-tier industry certifications and/or advanced networking and security qualifications.

• Demonstrated success in roles such as solutions architecture, engineering SME, operations SME, or overlay position, particularly in Managed Services and complex enterprise environments.

• Strong understanding of major compliance frameworks and the ability to align technical controls with regulatory mandates.

• Excellent customer-facing abilities with a knack for converting intricate technical and compliance risks into clear business results for C-level executives.

• Capability to envision beyond immediate technical solutions to design secure, compliant, and sustainable future-state environments.

• Proven ability to engage effectively with all levels of client and IT provider organizations.
