This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee various sales opportunities and manage account teams/programs.

• Ensure sales and solution assurance for client services.

• Comprehend customer business and technical requirements.

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to develop and enhance solution designs.

• Set expectations and address sales, stakeholder, and delivery concerns.

• Assemble delivery teams for new projects.

• Compile solution status updates and proposed cost information.

• Handle and communicate sales/solution escalations effectively.

• Implement knowledge management and facilitate sales-to-delivery knowledge transfer processes.

• Identify and manage sales/solution risks and opportunities, and promote resolution.

• Coordinate solution change control processes.

• Analyze practice pipelines and opportunities, evaluate product lines, and perform solution health assessments.

• Build relationships for customer references.

• Assist in the development and execution of account strategies.

• Manage requirements, deliverables, costs, contracts, timelines, risks, assumptions, and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure engagement profitability and identify future business prospects.

• Mentor, manage, and develop members of the product/project team.

• Conduct annual reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.

• Develop capabilities for audit and compliance, integrating IT with audit functions.

• Negotiate specifics of audit issues and create Management Action Plans.

• Plan external, internal, and regulatory audits.

• Develop security control and compliance programs, including Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M).

• Act as a liaison among auditors, IT Risk, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery, applications, and database teams.

• Create, test, and implement compliance plans for DoD RMF/FedRAMP.

• Review artifacts and conduct infrastructure assessments for DoD, RMF, and FedRAMP certification.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• Over 15 years of experience in information technology and/or professional services, with a focus on subject matter expertise.

• More than 15 years in IT service management/project management, delivering projects/programs and providing daily oversight in a professional services environment or equivalent.

• Proven experience in delivering projects/programs and managing client professional services agreements, including change management.

• Regular interaction with external customers at the Director level or higher, typically at the CXO level.

• Strong consulting and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in audit, compliance, and risk governance.

• Proficient in executing audit management control frameworks, including data governance and compliance processes.

• Familiarity with HIPAA, HITRUST, CRISC, and AI Governance accreditation.

• Knowledge of CMMC, CISA, DISA, IL5, IL6, STIG, NIST, COBIT, ISO, and FedRAMP environments.

• Experience with DoD RMF/FedRAMP plans as outlined in NIST 800-171/NIST SP 800-53.

• Background in secure systems design and analysis that supports Network and Secure Operations.

• Experience with security procedures, processes, and tools.

• Ability to document Standard Operating Procedures in a clear and concise manner.

• Strong conceptual and analytical capabilities.

• Ability to prioritize and plan complex work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience in leading and collaborating across teams.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
