This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee talent acquisition and related processes to ensure alignment between the talent pipeline and the company's goals, mission, and strategies.
• Manage daily recruiting activities and administration of the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist in staff planning, reporting, compliance, training, HRIS management, community engagement, and outreach efforts.
• Serve as a resource for leadership, team members, and the Person Office.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and supervisors to design recruitment strategies and gain insight into hiring requirements.
• Coordinate the complete recruiting process, including job advertisements, position requisitions, assessments, interviews, job offers, and onboarding paperwork.
• Organize interview and selection processes, which encompass phone interviews, assessments, and both virtual and in-person interviews.
• Develop a candidate pipeline and identify potential candidates through social media and professional networks.
• Engage in employer branding efforts.
• Represent the organization at events to promote the company and available job opportunities.
• Conduct ATS reporting to analyze past workflows and sourcing methods.
• Cultivate relationships with former applicants and prospective candidates.
• Fill hiring classes with high-quality candidates.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as needed.
• Applicants must reside in Texas.
• This is a three (3) month seasonal/temporary position.
• A minimum of one year of experience in hiring for call center positions is preferred.
• Must consistently achieve hiring goals.
• Prior sales experience is preferred.
• Regular and dependable attendance is required, including adherence to the assigned daily schedule.
• Flexible availability is necessary, with the expectation to work some weekends, holidays, and weekly events.
• Experience in event planning is preferred.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Confidence in hiring techniques is essential.
• A minimum educational qualification of a High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
