Seasonal Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Oversee talent acquisition activities and related processes to ensure the talent pipeline aligns with the company's vision, mission, and strategies.

• Manage the daily recruitment tasks and administration of the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Engage in staff planning, reporting, compliance, training, HRIS management, community involvement, and outreach efforts.

• Serve as a resource for leadership, team members, and the People Office.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and supervisors on recruitment strategies and job specifications.

• Coordinate the entire recruiting process, including advertisements, requisitions, assessments, interviews, offers, and onboarding paperwork.

• Organize interview and selection processes, encompassing phone screens, assessments, and both video and in-person interviews.

• Develop a candidate pipeline and source talent through social media platforms and professional networks.

• Support employer branding initiatives.

• Represent the organization at events to promote the company and available job opportunities.

• Generate ATS reports on workflow and candidate sourcing.

• Cultivate relationships with previous applicants and prospective candidates.

• Successfully fill hiring classes with qualified candidates.

• Perform additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in the state of Alabama.

• A minimum of one year of experience in hiring for call center positions is preferred.

• Proven track record of consistently meeting hiring goals.

• Prior sales experience is preferred.

• Must have regular and reliable attendance, adhering to the assigned daily schedule.

• Flexible availability to accommodate a working schedule that may include weekends, holidays, and weekly events.

• Previous experience in event planning is preferred.

• Proficient in computer applications.

• Demonstrated confidence in hiring methods.

• Minimum educational requirement of a High School diploma or GED.

• Professional appearance and demeanor are expected.
