📋 Description

• Investigate and comprehensively document the underlying reasons for replacement orders.

• Review and refine design files to satisfy customer orders while adhering to productivity and quality standards.

• Consult various resources to identify the optimal solutions for customers.

• Engage directly with customers via email to create and replace original orders.

• Diagnose technical, design, and printing issues in a production setting.

• Collaborate with other teams to provide exceptional service.

• Address post-print complications and assist in the creation of new orders.

• Recognize issues, modify design files, and liaise with printing facilities to guarantee high-quality outputs.

• Provide an outstanding customer experience and foster brand loyalty through effective problem resolution.

• Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong critical thinking skills for problem-solving.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro.

• Familiarity with InDesign and Lightroom is an advantage.

• Experience with G-Suite.

• Capability to produce high-quality designs and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective teamwork skills.

• Adaptable and receptive to new challenges.

• Willingness to learn and work remotely while engaging seamlessly with colleagues and leadership; receptive to feedback and eager for further development.

• Availability to work at least one weekend day; time off may not be consecutive.
