Seasonal Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls from customers concerning benefits and claims

• Address both inbound and outbound service telephone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

• Manage basic eligibility and benefits inquiries for dental providers

• Escalate specific questions for priority resolution

• Log each interaction and resolution in the computer tracking system

• Achieve or surpass performance objectives in a fast-paced, time-sensitive setting

• Juggle multiple computer applications while conversing with customers

• Operate independently and follow the assigned schedule with minimal supervision

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in a call center or a similar role

• Must be able to participate in a 100% classroom training program

• Experience and knowledge in the Dental Care industry is highly valued

• Required typing speed of 25 WPM with an accuracy of 90%

• Excellent communication skills—clear, empathetic, and professional

• Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office and web navigation

• Dependability, adaptability, and a dedication to completing tasks correctly

• A desktop or laptop running Windows 11; Apple/Mac devices, tablets, smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebooks, and Android systems are not compatible

• Computer must have a minimum of 8GB RAM and an i3 4th generation or better processor

• A second computer monitor is necessary

• A USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone is required; 3.5 mm and gaming-style headsets are not permitted

• High-speed internet connection via wired Ethernet; Wi-Fi, satellite, hotspot, and mobile broadband connections are not acceptable

• Minimum upload speed of 25 Mbps and download speed of 50 Mbps

• Internet Service Provider must have 1% or less packet loss and latency under 100ms

• An available cell phone or tablet with Android 8.0+ or iOS 14+ and the Microsoft Authenticator MFA application installed
