📋 Description

• Deliver inbound customer support primarily via phone and email.

• Provide outstanding customer service and solutions for an engaging streaming service.

• Address billing inquiries effectively.

• Troubleshoot customer errors and concerns.

• Assist customers in discovering products and services that fulfill their entertainment preferences.

• Manage various types of customer inquiries.

• Establish rapport with customers through active listening.

• Embrace continuous learning, excel in a collaborative team environment, and creatively tackle problems.

• Utilize two-way feedback to improve performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of basic computer and home networking terminology, including operating systems and routers.

• Proficient typing skills of at least 30 words per minute, with efficiency and accuracy.

• Experience with a streaming player or gaming system.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong capability to multitask.

• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving goals.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

• Previous experience in customer service and sales roles.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Internet access with upload speeds of at least 2 Mbps and download speeds of 10 Mbps.

• A wired Internet connection and in-house network that can consistently maintain excellent call quality and quick response rates.

• Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are incompatible with our systems.

• A quiet, distraction-free, and secure workspace.

• Must be a resident of Canada.

• Must possess authorization to work in Canada.
