Seasonal Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls from customers regarding benefits and claims.

• Address both inbound and outbound service inquiries via phone.

• Assist dental providers with basic eligibility and benefits inquiries.

• Redirect specific questions for expedited resolution.

• Record each interaction and its resolution in the computer tracking system.

• Maintain professionalism while addressing customer requests and concerns.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding a professional demeanor.

• Operate independently, manage multiple computer applications, and follow assigned schedules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in a call center or a similar role.

• Must be able to participate in a 100% classroom training program.

• Experience and knowledge in the Dental Care industry are highly preferred.

• Required typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy.

• Excellent communication skills—clear, empathetic, and professional.

• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and internet navigation.

• Dependability, adaptability, and dedication to completing tasks effectively.

• Desktop or laptop with Windows 11 is essential; Apple/Mac, tablets, smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebooks, and Android systems are not acceptable.

• Computer must have a minimum of 8GB RAM and an i3 4th-generation processor or better.

• A second computer monitor is mandatory.

• A USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone is required.

• High-speed internet connection via wired Ethernet is necessary; Wi-Fi, satellite, hotspot, or mobile broadband connections are not permitted.

• Internet speeds must be at least 25 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download.

• Internet Service Provider must have 1% or less packet loss and latency below 100ms.

• An available cell phone or tablet with Android 8.0+ or iOS 14+ and Microsoft Authenticator is required.
