This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate virtual hiring services that allow CIEE host employers to interview and recruit seasonal staff via webcam.
• Assess the seasonal staffing needs of host employers.
• Promote job opportunities to potential participants through CIEE’s network of International Representatives abroad.
• Organize and oversee the execution of virtual hiring events.
• Communicate and collaborate with CIEE teams, host employers, and international representatives using email, phone, Skype, and Microsoft Teams.
• Create calendar invitations and distribute event reminders.
• Effectively communicate any adjustments to events.
• Assign host employer positions and relay requirements to international representatives.
• Manage enrollments and ensure that interview documentation is completed prior to virtual events.
• Provide real-time technical support to stakeholders during hiring events.
• Conduct interviews with applicants for placement in seasonal roles.
• Handle post-event reporting and follow-up communications.
• Maintain precise hiring records in CIEE’s database.
• Deliver professional and consistent customer service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing or client management role.
• Preferred experience in event planning and scheduling.
• Familiarity with virtual event management is a plus.
• High level of computer proficiency, including the MS Office Suite.
• Experience with Salesforce and advanced Excel, such as macro development, is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated individual who can take initiative and drive projects independently.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated capability to gather information and communicate project direction and status effectively.
• Strong multitasking ability while managing daily projects and events.
• Flexibility to work some early mornings and evenings to accommodate host schedules.
• Willingness to travel to overseas hiring events and domestically as needed.
