
Seasonal Coordinator, Hiring Events

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate virtual hiring services that allow CIEE host employers to interview and recruit seasonal staff via webcam.
• Assess the needs of host employers for seasonal staff.
• Promote opportunities to potential participants through CIEE’s network of International Representatives abroad.
• Organize and supervise the execution of virtual hiring events.
• Collaborate and communicate with CIEE teams, host employers, and international representatives through email, telephone, Skype, and Microsoft Teams.
• Create calendar invites, send reminders, and relay any changes to events.
• Assign positions for host employers, communicate requirements to international representatives, and adjust shifts as necessary.
• Oversee enrollments and ensure the completion of interview documents prior to virtual events.
• Provide real-time technical support to all stakeholders during hiring events.
• Handle post-event reporting and maintain accurate hiring records within CIEE’s database.
• Deliver professional and consistent customer service.
• Conduct interviews with applicants for placement in seasonal positions.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing or client management role.
• Preferred experience in event planning and scheduling.
• Knowledge of virtual event management is a plus.
• Proficient in computer skills, including the MS Office Suite.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce and advanced Excel, including macro development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated individual capable of taking initiative and driving projects independently.
• Proven ability to achieve results in a fast-paced team setting.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated capability to gather information and convey project direction and status.
• Strong multitasking skills while managing daily projects and events.
• Willingness to work some early mornings and evenings to fit host schedules.
• Openness to travel for overseas hiring events and domestically as needed.
• Preparedness to grow and enhance yourself, stakeholders, and the program.

• Successful completion of a background check and education and employment verification is required for employment.
