This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create qualified meetings with emerging fund managers through various effective channels.

• Conduct ongoing growth experiments, swiftly discontinuing unsuccessful initiatives and expanding upon successful ones.

• Establish a presence on X and LinkedIn that draws in general partners.

• Develop and utilize AI agents and automation to replicate the productivity of a five-person team.

• Share insights gained from growth efforts on a weekly basis throughout the company.

• Identify new acquisition channels, rapidly test them, and scale those that prove effective.

• A creative individual with a growth-oriented mindset.

• Excellent skills in social media writing.

• An agentic approach: able to ship, measure, and iterate independently.

• Comfortable conducting rapid growth testing.

• Proficient with AI tools and automation.

• Capable of learning and utilizing new software independently.

• Bonus: Familiarity with venture capital, fintech, or selling to investors.

• Submission of a resume and one growth experiment is required for application.
