📋 Description

• Develop and execute automated testing frameworks.

• Work collaboratively with development teams to uphold quality standards.

• Continuously enhance testing processes and automation methodologies.

• Evaluate and report on testing outcomes, recommending improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid background in automation engineering with practical experience in framework design and coding.

• Proficient in Playwright for UI and end-to-end automation.

• Demonstrated experience in testing APIs, integration processes, and CI/CD quality checkpoints.

• Familiarity with testing agentic AI applications, focusing on workflow accuracy, tool utilization, and failure management.

• Strong programming abilities in Java, Python, or comparable languages for automation purposes.

• Ownership mentality, creative problem-solving skills, and capability to enhance quality throughout the process.

• Experience in evaluating LLM, validating prompts/workflows, and testing agent guardrails.

• Knowledge of performance, resilience, and observability testing for AI systems.

• Understanding of retrieval-based systems, tool-calling workflows, and non-deterministic testing patterns.

• Experience with service virtualization, test data management, and synthetic testing environments.

• Familiarity with cloud-native testing in distributed or event-driven architectures.

• Experience mentoring and contributing to quality engineering best practices across different teams.
