📋 Description

• Lead Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives.

• Guide and assist the team in implementing Scrum and Agile methodologies.

• Collaborate closely with individual team members through regular one-on-one meetings.

• Foster the professional and career growth of team members.

• Monitor and support the progress of team members' development plans.

• Engage in or facilitate performance evaluations.

• Utilize Jira for tracking pertinent team information and metrics.

• Contribute to the development of internal applications as part of a cross-functional team in a global fintech organization.

• Promote effective collaboration within the team.

• Integrate Scrum Master responsibilities with people management duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master.

• Solid grasp of the Scrum framework and Agile principles.

• Proven experience in facilitating Scrum/Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives.

• Prior experience in managing people.

• Experience in conducting one-on-one meetings with team members.

• Proven track record in aiding the professional development of team members.

• Experience in participating in or leading performance reviews.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate closely with individual team members.

• Capacity to guide and support a proactive team in their daily tasks.

• Practical experience with Jira.

• Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.

• Desirable: Experience with Agile/team metrics.

• Desirable: Familiarity with AI tools for efficient information collection, filtering, structuring, or sharing.
