Scrum Master, Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Refinements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and the technical team to support the organization and maintenance of the backlog.

• Keep the project board updated and track progress effectively.

• Identify and remove obstacles that may hinder the team's workflow and productivity.

• Monitor Agile metrics and KPIs to enhance delivery predictability.

• Assist in identifying and mitigating project-related risks.

• Track deliverables and ensure transparency regarding activity progress.

• Lead regular alignment meetings involving clients, the team, and leadership.

• Facilitate discussions concerning product and business requirements.

• Collaborate with Developers, Tech Leads, DevOps, and other stakeholders.

• Promote continuous improvement in the team's Agile processes and practices.

• Implement Lean concepts to optimize workflows, minimize waste, and maximize value delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Master, or in Agile facilitation roles.

• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.

• Experience in managing backlogs, boards, and Agile tools.

• Proficient in tracking metrics and KPIs for Agile teams.

• Ability to identify and eliminate impediments efficiently.

• Proven experience in communicating and aligning with clients and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with financial systems, banking, or payment environments.

• Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Preferred Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent).

• Experience with infrastructure, security, or DevOps projects is preferred.

• Knowledge of flow metrics including Lead Time, Cycle Time, and Throughput is preferred.

• Experience in high-criticality corporate environments is preferred.

• Understanding of Web and Mobile digital products is preferred.
