Manager, Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee one or several medium to large-scale projects and/or programs.

• Gather, define, and document the requirements for projects.

• Establish and convey roles, responsibilities, and expectations for team members involved in the project.

• Identify staffing needs and assemble project teams accordingly.

• Strategically plan work to achieve project objectives.

• Evaluate project performance and implement necessary adjustments to uphold cost, schedule, scope, and quality targets.

• Create metrics, procedures, objectives, and methods to evaluate project progress based on established standards and quality goals.

• Manage intricate programs and projects that span multiple business lines and/or have significant dependencies on other large initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of proven experience in IT project management.

• Experience overseeing one or more large, complex IT product/software development cycles or projects.

• Proven track record of executing complex projects in the past 5 years.

• More than 3 years of experience working in a PMO setting as a Project Lead or Project Manager for highly complex projects.

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Capacity to work 40 hours per week.
