This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events, such as Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART Syncs, and System Demos for the ERP+ Program.

• Identify and manage program-level impediments, track risks, and resolve dependencies across all ERP+ development teams.

• Mentor leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets to ensure alignment with the objectives of the Department of War (DoW) mission.

• Support execution and feature completion tracking, fostering transparency, predictability, and a continuous flow of value.

• Champion ongoing improvement through Inspect and Adapt (I&A) workshops, while regularly assessing the agility level of the ART.


⛳️ Requirements

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoW security clearance.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, IT Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• At least TEN (10) years of proven experience as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach in large-scale enterprise settings.

• Current SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification or an equivalent advanced Agile framework credential.

• Demonstrated success in guiding complex Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformations, modernizations, or large system integrations.

• Outstanding stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and communication skills to effectively connect technical teams with program leadership.

• Knowledge of Department of War (DoW) acquisition processes, IL5 security environments, and military compliance standards.

• Practical technical experience with major ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or intricate data migration strategies.

• Advanced skills in Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, or similar tracking platforms.

• Willingness to travel: up to 10%.
