• Lead Scrum ceremonies effectively.

• Mentor team members on Agile methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

• Strong grasp of Agile principles and practices.

• Demonstrated ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage team dynamics.

• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

• Proficient in Agile project management tools.

• Capability to coach teams on Agile methodologies.

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or an equivalent certification is preferred.

• Experience in the financial services or technology sectors is preferred.

• Familiarity with scaling Agile frameworks is preferred.

• Must be willing to travel within the United States.

• Work authorization is required.
