This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Implement agile methodologies and cultivate an environment of trust, transparency, learning, and ongoing enhancement through effective Agile ceremonies, such as backlog refinement, planning sessions, iteration reviews, and retrospectives.
• Oversee project timelines, milestone trackers, and risk registers to ensure delivery visibility, governance, and prompt escalation of schedule-related risks.
• Liaise with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to collect information, validate progress, and maintain alignment in delivery efforts.
• Organize project meetings, create status reports, and track action items to ensure sustained delivery momentum and alignment with stakeholders.
• Utilize established project management practices and agile frameworks to facilitate sprint planning, backlog management, and overall program coordination.
• Suggest minor enhancements to project documentation practices and coordination workflows to improve delivery consistency.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, program coordination, technical project management, or a related field is required.
• Certification in PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies, or equivalent is preferred.
