This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Champion agile methodologies and cultivate a culture of trust, transparency, learning, and ongoing improvement through effective Agile ceremonies, such as backlog refinement, planning sessions, iteration reviews, and retrospectives.

• Oversee project plans, milestone trackers, and risk logs to enhance delivery visibility, governance, and the timely escalation of scheduling risks.

• Engage with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to collect information, verify progress, and ensure alignment in delivery.

• Lead project meetings, generate status reports, and track action items to maintain delivery momentum and stakeholder alignment.

• Implement established project management practices and agile frameworks to facilitate sprint planning, manage backlogs, and coordinate programs.

• Suggest minor enhancements to project documentation practices and coordination workflows to bolster delivery consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, program coordination, technical project management, or a related area is required.

• Certification in PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies, or an equivalent is preferred.
